Herrick Conferences 2024 at Purdue – EVT presented Carnot battery test results
From July 15 to 18, 2024, the Herrick Conferences took place at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Maximilian Weitzer presented new results from the EVT laboratories on the topic of fluid mixtures for reversible heat pump – ORC systems.
The conference has been held at Herrick Labs every two years since 1972 and is one of the largest conferences in the field of heat pumps, refrigeration and air conditioning technology. This year, almost 700 participants from industry and science met to exchange ideas. In addition to optimizing processes and components, the main focus was on the topic of sustainable working fluids.
